(More customer reviews)My Bear Motion Case arrived a few days ago, and has a couple of downsides, but mostly, it's fairly well crafted, and is slim enough to drop into my handbag w/out being too bulky.
The biggest downside are the fumes. I've had it "airing" out - literally, outside - to let it "off-gas" for 4 days now, and it still has an odor. The chemicals used in treating the leather are noxious, and I suspect, made in a factory which has no, or few environmental controls in China.
The other downside is, when I inserted my i-Pad, it was almost impossible to remove. The upside to that is, it fits snugly, and the i-Pad will not be in danger of falling out. Just don't plan on popping it out easily if you have a keyboard dock for it like I do.
Overall, I am fairly pleased with the folio - it's better than the Apple folio I had previously, and the least bulky I've been able to find, which was important to me. The aesthetics are good, the leather is not a soft leather, but much more like a vinyl, and has a rough texture. I wouldn't consider it a refined look & feel, more rugged, with good craftsmanship. I look forward to using it, once the fumes have dissipated.

If you search Top Grain Leather on Wikipedia, you will learn that Top Grain leather is considered as the second highest grade of leather, and is as strong and durable as full grain leather. It is split from the top layer of hide and sanded and refinished. This case is made of the High Quality Top Grain Leather. Why it is not made of full grain leather? Maybe you will ask. Full Grain Leather is very thick and heavy. it is not suitable for computer cases. Top Grain Leather has the durability that Full grain leather has to offer as well as the appropriate weight, thickness and texture a good iPad case should have.
